The CS6.1 monofacial glass/glass modules use N-type TOPCon technology. This cell technology increases the energy yield of photovoltaic systems and offers one of the most competitive BOS (balance of system) and LCOE (Levelized cost of electricity) savings for solar power plants compared to PERC modules.

Based on Trina Solar's leading multi-busbar technology, Vertex modules incorporate 210mm silicon wafers, non-destructive cutting and high-density interconnect technologies, allowing over 600W power output and up to 21.4% module efficiency. With low-voltage and higher module string power output, the new Vertex series unlocks huge potential for further reducing balance-of-system costs and LCOE.

CS7L-MS series is an ideal solution for utility-scale and commercial and industrial PV projects, is the most powerful product the company brought to the market to date.This series enables project developers to reduce the balance of system costs (BOS) by up to 5.7% and the LCOE by up to 8.9% compared to mainstream 445 W modules. The module technology relies on Canadian Solar's own cell technology and module design, including hetero-type ribbon (HTR) and paving technology, which improves performance with minimal cell spacing.

The warranty can be extended to 15 years.

The CS7L-MB-AG biafacial series uses PERC and dual cell technology. Thanks to the use of the latest technologies, bifaciality and high efficiency of the modules, the energy yeld is higher, so fewer modules are needed and the cost of the system is lower. Thanks to bifaciality 25 % more energy is generated. They come with 30 year warranty. The panels are suitable both for residential installation and for larger installation on fields or roofs of industrial buildings where it is possible to use bifacilla design.

This model can only be ordered in whole pallets amount, i.e. 31 pcs.

The monofacial panel has excellent performance even in low light conditions. The cell technology and materials used guarantee good PID resistance.

Higher panel efficiency is achieved through the use of Mono Perc Cell technology. Low internal current technology leads to effective power reduction and MBB and HC technology to reduce the negative impact on performance caused by microcracks and shadows. Lower BOS (balance of system) costs thanks to high module efficiency.

Bifacial technology enables additional energy harvesting from rear side (up to 30%). Excellent low irradiance performance. Positive power tolerance of 0~+3%

As a result of the design and technology used, the CS6W-MS series panels achieve higher performance. The lower operating temperature guarantees higher energy gain. The panels in this series use dual cell technology. The cells are half the width, so they lose less energy. The panels are cross-sectioned. The two halves operate independently of each other. When one half is shaded, the other half still works. They are therefore more tolerant of partial shading.
